Welcome Home Mate.
Below are two videos from youtube.
The first is "Liquid Juggling" a truelly beautifull art that I see much relationship to/within martial arts.
The second is an excerpt from my recent grading on the subject of "Alternative Weapons" that I believe has relevance in terms of everyday self defence.
Nicholas & Tylor performed well for junior 3rd 7 9th kyu respectively.
Both showed strong spirit in sparring & tamashiwari. Congratulations to both young gentlemen.
Hello Gentle People.
ON sunday 28/10/12 - Luke and I enjoyed taking part in this worthy event which was organised by Kym Reid.
( – better him than me)
I particularly enjoyed learning Iado from Sensei Leanne Walsh, for I really do like the sword.
Luke assisted me with my sessions on improvised weapons, then he enjoyed himself and went and trained under so many good people in Chin no , Silat, Jui Jitsu. Kenpo.
Kym as well as organising the event also gave his own sessions – must admit Kym makes me tired just thinking of the multiple matters in martial arts that he is involved in.
We were welcomed by our S.A. Fellow S.K.A. members which we both appreciated very much.
Then we went to Kym’s dojo on Tuesday night. Luke had another good workout with Max and Brian – along with Jessica, Jordan, Harry, Dave and others and in the process proved himself as most worthy of the Shodan grade he earned only a few weeks ago.
